7 Laws for Inner Peace
SUNDAYThe Law of Pure PotentialityTake time to be silent, to just BE. Meditate for 30 minutes twice a day. Silently witness the intelligence within every living thing. Practice non-judgment.
MONDAY The Law of Giving Today, bring whoever you encounter a gift: a compliment or flower. Gratefully receive gifts. Keep wealth circulating by giving and receiving care, affection, appreciation and love.
TUESDAY The Law of Karma Every action generates a force of energy that returns to us in like kind. Choosing actions that bring happiness and success to others ensures the flow of happiness and success to you.
WEDNESDAY The Law of Least EffortAccept people, situations, and events as they occur. Take responsibility for your situation and for all events seen as problems. Relinquish the need to defend your point of view.
THURSDAY The Law of Intention and Desire Inherent in every intention and desire is the mechanics for its fulfillment. Make a list of desires. Trust that when things don’t seem to go your way, there is a reason.
FRIDAY The Law of Detachment Allow yourself and others the freedom to be who they are. Do not force solutions—allow solutions to spontaneously emerge. Uncertainty is essential, and your path to freedom.
SATURDAY The Law of Dharma Seek your higher Self. Discover your unique talents. Ask yourself how you are best suited to serve humanity. Using your unique talents and serving others brings unlimited bliss and abundance.

My life experiences
My life experience includes; 15 years growing and harvesting from the wild many healing herbs and plants while living green on a Ozark mountain top in a solar powered, self sufficent homestead where I raised and homeschooled three children and a husband, a few dogs and many other animals.
For ten years (1997-2007) I volunteered as a Search and Rescue team member with my Bloodhounds and raised AKC Bloodhounds for search and rescue with 911 and fire dept. I have grandpups and pups aiding in the search for missing persons with fire departments all over the USA.
I raised top of the line APBT dogs before Bloodhounds for weight pulling and show in the 80's.
Along with 30 plus years that spanned all the above of owning and working professionally as an all breed master groomer and trainer with some of the best dogs and Championship breeders in the country.
Today I write articles that I hope will make your life easier. Enjoy and follow me.

Alternative Healing Flowers
Flowers were once considered more for their healing properties and as herbal remedies for what ailed the body, and many parts of the plant were ate or drank for such.
In all areas of the world, flowers were once treasured much more for many other uses then they are today as signs of affection to brighten up our spirits and made us feel better, or for their beauty in our yards and homes. Today, flowers make us feel good simply from seeing their beauty, smelling the scent, and knowing they are a gift from somebody who thought of us.
